8. Diana Lombard (Martin Mystery): I know, she can be a bit of skeptic, but don't we all love her?

7. Aelita Schaeffer (Code Lyoko): She's the embodiment of the Psychedelic Furs song "Pretty in Pink".

6. Yumi Ishiyama (Code Lyoko): I've always had a thing for Japanese girls...

5. Raye (Sailor Moon): Face it. If your name is Raye, your hair is colored raven, and you have two pet ravens, you're definitely cute.

4. Clover (Totally Spies): Never underestimate a girl with an immense wardrobe. Also, she's hot.

3. Sam (Totally Spies): She's a smart girl, so therefore, she's destined to be one of the cutest girls in cartoons alive. Actually, I just like Jennifer Hale's voice of her in general.

2. Maka Albarn (Soul Eater): She's very cute. Also, we both have something in common: we both hate perverted idiots. What? Is that an insult?

1. Serena (Sailor Moon): True Story: the first time I heard her Dic dub voice, I immediately fell in love with her. No wonder she's the cutest girl I've met!

10. Presley Carnovan (Mummies Alive): He may be the descendant of Prince Rapses, but he can hit it with anyone.

9. James (Liberty's Kids Est. 1776): There's something about colonial boys that makes them cute.

8. Josh Kirkpatrick (Team Galaxy): This guy's voice is rather charming. I mean, what could you expect from a field marshal?

7. Gonard (Kappa Mikey): He's a dumb spaz. He plays a villain on a fake TV show. Add them both and you get a hunky guy.

6. Caleb (W.I.T.C.H.): He's actually kind of hot for a boy from Meridian.

5. Darien (Sailor Moon): At first you meet him, you'll be wondering, "Who is this jerk?" But get to know him, and you'll find out there's more than meets the eye to him.

4. Odd Della Robia (Code Lyoko): This guy's very funny and very charming. Hence why his hair has a purple blot in it.

3. Mikey Simon (Kappa Mikey): He's the star of a very popular Japanese TV show. No wonder he's cute and famous.
